Board Adopts New WRF and CIF Schedule of Fees

On March 24, 2009 at their regular meeting, The PAWSD Board adopted new Capital Investment Fees (CIF) for both water and wastewater, and a new Water Resource Fee (WRF). In doing so, the Board also changed the formerly CIF component aspect of the WRF, designating the WRF as its own discrete fee.

The new fees are as follows:
  • Water System CIF:  $3,579 per E.U.

  • Wastewater System CIF:  $4,252 per E.U.

  • WRF:  $5,617 per E.U.
(will be posted when available)

These fees were adopted through a resolution after several months of work by PAWSD consultants and staff and a widely-advertised public presentation on February 23, 2009.
