Board Response In this document, the Board of Directors has responded to each of these concerns. PAWSD will continue to update these documents to include any concerns and subsequent responses not listed here. As a direct result of your input, we: -are exploring the possibility of placing conservation easements on Dry Gulch property to ensure future public use of land around the reservoir -are revisiting growth and project cost projections -have hired a water industry fee consultant to revisit the Capital Investment Fee with Water Resource component -have created this special Dry Gulch web site as a clearinghouse for ALL current information on the project
