Welcome to Online Bill Pay! This service is free to PAWSD customers. It’s secure and easy to use. Please read the following information carefully before establishing an online Auto Pay (recurring payment).
Pagosa Area Water & Sanitation District has a new online payment provider. Xpress Bill Pay TM is the premier local government and service district payment provider.
The District made the switch to provide you with many new and exciting features like full bill presentation, billing history, auto pay, payment wallet, enhanced email notifications, single logon with multiple accounts, and many more. In addition, the District now accepts Discover Card payments as well as Visa and MasterCard.
Please know that the District DOES NOT accept eCheck or EFT payments at this time.
If you had recurring payments setup with the District’s previous provider, you will need to re-establish the auto pay (recurring payment) with Xpress Bill Pay. This will be in effect immediately.

Since monthly statements are not mailed or posted to this website until around the 7th day of the month, Auto Pay (recurring payment) dates need to be set for dates after 9th day of the month.
Payments of up to $3,000.00 per account will be accepted.
If you received a disconnect notice and are making a payment online on the same date as the scheduled disconnection, please contact our office IMMEDIATELY at (970) 731-2691.

Xpress Bill Pay TM is not a branch, office or department of PAWSD. Xpress Bill Pay TM is a third party vendor, operating as a Service Bureau on behalf of PAWSD. Xpress Bill Pay TM will provide credit card transaction services on behalf of customers wishing to pay bills using a credit card. Any information submitted online to Xpress Bill Pay TM (i.e.: personal data, credit card account information) is processed by Xpress Bill Pay TM and is not subject to protection by PAWSD. The security of your personal information is provided by Xpress Bill Pay TM.
